Meridian Life Science Inhibitor-Tolerant RT-qPCR Mix, 5ML
Meridian’s universal Inhibitor-Tolerant RT-qPCR is a 4x formulation ready-to-use quantitative RT-PCR supermix, containing all components except primers, probes and templates for direct RT-qPCR. It is designed for developing RT-qPCR multiplex assays that require minimal sample processing and fast turn-around times (TAT). Because the mix is highly resistant to various RT and qPCR inhibitors, it can be used with crude lysates or inhibitor-rich samples to directly detect pathogens, including viruses and bacteria, in various biological specimens and to analyze gene expression in cells.

Air-Dryable Direct DNA LAMP Saliva mix combines even greater tolerance with fast, robust isothermal amplification to enable highly sensitive direct detection using crudely processed saliva or sputum samples. The mix is uniquely designed to overcome much higher concentrations of inhibitors, and so do not require a DNA purification step to concentrate and purify a patient sample. Very fast reaction kinetics result in faster time to results and superior amplification sensitivity and specificity. In addition, the 4x concentrated master mix is formulated with air-drying excipients which are optimized for oven-drying to create ambient-temperature stable assays, making it ideal for POC saliva testing.

Meridian Life Science Taq HS Antibody, 100ML
Taq HS Antibody is a mix of anti-Taq antibodies designed to inhibit Taq DNA polymerase activity at room temperature. It is used in the preparation of hot-start PCR or qPCR master mixes and helps to prevent nonspecific amplification and primer-dimer formation, increasing specificity and sensitivity while allowing assembly of reactions at ambient temperatures. Inhibition is reversed when the temperature is raised during the first denaturing step of thermal cycling.

This is a robust master mix for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reactions, has been designed for amplification of RNA and DNA targets. In order to produce lyophilized ambient temperature stable RT-LAMP and LAMP, assay specific primers are added to Lyo-Ready RT-LAMP 1-Step Mix for subsequent lyophilization.

Glycerol-Free Taq HS 50U/uL is ideal for PCR kit manufactures and PCR molecular test facilities, requiring large amounts of DNA polymerases.
